Do I need to buy hardware from CYA Fleet?

You can buy trackers directly from our shop or use compatible Jimi GPS devices you already own. After delivery, create an account, enter your 15-digit IMEI, and activate service.

When does billing start?

Hardware is paid upfront at checkout. The $7.99/mo tracking service starts when you link a tracker IMEI and activate it in the app — typically after your device arrives.

What happens if I cancel a tracker?

Live map and telemetry pause for that tracker. Your vehicle profile, service history, documents, and past route data stay in your account.

Can I mix tracker types?

Yes. Use OBD-II trackers on trucks, hardwired units on equipment, battery pucks on trailers, and solar units on RVs — all on one map for $7.99/mo each.
