Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CYA Fleet, creating an account, or submitting equipment data through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to company administrators, mechanics, yard workers, and any other users invited to your organization's account.
Use of Service
CYA Fleet provides software tools to track equipment, log maintenance, capture field scans, and manage operational status. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations in your industry.
The client is responsible for accurate physical tagging of assets. This includes applying QR labels or metal tags to the correct equipment, replacing damaged tags promptly, and ensuring field staff scan the intended asset. CYA Fleet is not responsible for operational errors resulting from incorrect tag placement, missing tags, or misuse of scan workflows by your personnel.
Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at signup or as modified through your account settings. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated in a custom enterprise agreement. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan in accordance with the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to admin features, dashboards, or account data until payment is restored. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
CYA Fleet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CYA Fleet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
CYA Fleet is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged physical assets, including equipment, tools, trailers, machinery, or tags applied in the field. The software records operational data and location pings submitted by users, but it does not guarantee recovery of equipment, prevent theft, or replace physical security practices at your yard, warehouse, or job site.
